Cancellation Policy

Some of the items in our store are available as subscriptions or pre-orders. Here's everything you need to know if you want to change or cancel these types of purchases:

Subscriptions: When you buy a subscription, you'll get repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you'll be charged each time a delivery is made—unless you decide to pay upfront for the entire subscription period.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don't want your subscription to renew, cancel it before the renewal date.

You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime. Your order confirmation email will have a link to your order where you can manage your subscription. Super simple.

Pre-orders: When you purchase a pre-order, you’re buying something not in stock yet. We might ask for no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, but we will securely store your payment info and charge you the full amount once the item is ready to ship.

You can cancel a pre-order that’s not yet fulfilled (if it’s partially paid). If the pre-order has already been shipped or fulfilled, it can’t be canceled. But don’t worry! You can still request a full or partial refund. More details on returns and refunds are in our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy: We don’t currently offer a “try before you buy” option at this store.
